Backing Tracks are a great way to practise singing along with the piano parts to your songs. Whilst they can never be a replacement for live musicians, they are a very useful tool to help you to fit your part with the piano accompaniment, so that when you do come to perform live with a pianist, you will feel much better prepared.
 
The recordings can be tailored to suit your interpretation of your pieces; i.e. different speeds, dynamics, specific keys and many other variables.
